The good life...♡

Living in Austin is an overall success. I honestly couldn't be more content, which for me is odd, since I usually can't stay in one place for more than a few months without traveling. I've made friends that I will have in my life forever and welcomed an addition to my single family! Hiccup, the blue heeler/lab mix!
Since I moved to Austin, my dad stopped supporting me which is very difficult for me since I have been very fortunate to be taken care of my whole life. I work full time in between 2 salons doing reception and the other as a merchandiser as well as a salon coordinator. I LOVE my jobs! I get to play around with my hair color, cuts, facials, eyelash extensions, waxing, and check out the clothing the minute they arrive. Saturday's become my night to play downtown and dance the stress away, then Sundays are my funday. A day to recuperate with bloody mary's or a day to be productive and go on an adventure.
So, I will possibly be documenting my Sunday funday adventures...

First thing on our agenda was Perla's for brunch, walked down South Congress to Stella Blue to wax our legs, thought it might be fun to go to a fair but when we got there, there were only 10 people... Went to shoot some guns, stuffed our faces with burgers and milkshakes, then drove up to Mt.Bonnell to watch the sunset. We then finished our day with a visit to the peacock farm and chased em around. Overall, a productive Sunday funday with Melinda : )
